Based in London, this award-winning integrated agency explores pioneering ways to communicate. Our client is a fresh thinking, dynamic and energetic creative agency who work with some the UK’s most loved brands. They continuously produce innovative campaigns for their brands. They are a ‘no egos’ type agency with a real entrepreneurial spirit.
We are looking for a CRM and Customer Experience focused Planner who can partner and help shape the client’s needs. This person will be responsible for one of the agency’s most coveted accounts, hunting down and applying insights about people and their behavioural drivers to inspire better, more engaging and more effective creative work
You must be a highly strategic and collaborative Planner with a passion for Customer Experience and an excellent understanding of the digital landscape
You must be a champion of the consumer, fascinated by the drivers of behaviour. You know how to apply this perspective to business problems to deliver measurable results.
You must have the ability to present and sell a strategy and approach to clients with different levels of experience, and you have an understanding of research methodologies, resources, frameworks and tools for insight development, measurement and evaluation, alongside an excellent understanding of the digital landscape.
